C Fest

The bunting is down, the stage has been whisked away and we’ll be grilling up some of the leftover burgers at Havant and inviting Chaos at Cosham over for an impromptu BBQ today. C Fest is over and we’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came out to support Creating Chaos on Saturday. We were completely bowled over by the amazing turn-out and we hope you all enjoyed yourselves!

Together we've managed to raise £1294.52 to go towards helping to support the individuals who use our service and we couldn't have done it without all your help!

Thank you to all the young people who took to the stage with singing and dancing, to Ellis for his amazing puppet show, to all the lovely stallholders and everyone who volunteered their time and effort to make sure the day was a success.

We’d also like to give our heartfelt thanks for all the raffle and tombola prizes that were donated and, last but not least, thank you to Elsa and Anna, who took time out of their busy schedules to come and see everyone!

See you all again next year!

Rough Runner 2017

One thing that we're always proud of here at Chaos are the lengths that our staff will go to for the young people who use our service. Rarely has this been more evident than this weekend when five brave individuals took part in the Rough Runner assault course; running 15k in the blazing sun, tackling a host of challenging obstacles along the way, all to raise funds for the young people.

We're unbelievably proud of everyone who took part and would like to offer our most sincere thanks to them and everyone who sponsored them. We're completely blown away by the the indomitable attitude with which they took on the Rough Runner!

The JustGiving page has now closed (after raising £195!), but if you'd still like to donate to the young peoples' fund, please get in touch!

Introducing: C Fest!

Some of you might remember the hugely successful summer show we put on last year. This year, we want to turn it up to 11 and give our amazing young people, their families and the local community the summer festival they really deserve. So we'd like to take this opportunity to announce the new and improved, bigger, better Chaos Festival: C Fest!

We've got a lot in store for you this year, including live performances from our young people, Dexi's Dance Academy, and the Identical School of Dance. We also have stalls offering upcycling, face painting, a raffle and tombola, games, a BBQ, and plenty more to keep you entertained all day.

As with all of our events, money raised will go into the young peoples' fund where it will help to purchase sensory equipment, day trips, communication software and more. So not only can you have a great day out, but you'll also be supporting the young people of Chaos - it's a win-win! C Fest will kick off on Saturday 8th July from 12pm-5pm at Stonecroft, 8 Leigh Road, Havant, PO9 2ET. Come and join us for an inclusive, family-friendly day in the sun!

Rough Runner 2017

On Saturday 8th April, six members of the Chaos staff team will test their mettle against the Rough Runner assault course to raise money for the young peoples' fund. Similar to TV's Total Wipeout or Ninja Warrior (but with a whole lot more mud!), this course will definitely take its toll.

If you're interested in sponsoring the Chaos team - even the smallest amount is helpful! - please pop in for a form, email becky@chaossupport.co.uk or, if you'd like to sponsor the team online, head on over to our Just Giving page.

Donations to our charitable arm, Creating Chaos, help us to enrich the time that the young people spend with us, providing more sensory equipment, days out and trips, communication software and other useful tools.

CQC Inspection - 17th February 2017

On February 13th 2017, Chaos Hotel was inspected by CQC, who are the independent regulators of all health and social care in England. We're proud to announce that we received a rating of 'Good'. Here is the report summary, which goes over CQC's findings. We hope you find it interesting and we look forward to continuing to provide a high standard of care and support to the young people who use our service.

Chaos at the Panto

A group of the young people had a blast when they attended a swashbuckling performance of Dick Whittington at Ferneham Hall in Fareham. With all the singing and dancing, the show kept everyone thoroughly entertained and we’re all looking forward to next years panto. A huge thank you to Ferneham Hall for putting on such a great pantomime!
